Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport - DCA

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is, along with Washington Dulles International Airport, part of a two-airport system that provides domestic and international air service for the Washington D.C. metropolitan and surrounding regions. Both Airports have been managed by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) since 1987 when they were transferred by Congress to the Authority under a long-term lease authorized by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Act of 1986, Title VI of Public Law 99-50. Car Rentals

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport

On-Airport rental car counters are located on the first floor in Terminal Garage A. Proceed directly to the rental car counters if you have an existing reservation or need to make a reservation. If you are a rental car club member, proceed directly to the 2nd or 3rd floor of Garage A to pick up your keys.


Washington Dulles International Airport

All rental car companies listed below are located on the airport. Free shuttle buses take customers between the rental lot and the Terminal. Contact the rental company directly to make or change a rental car reservation.

From the Terminal Baggage Claim Level, exit DOWN the ramp to Door 2, 4 or 6. Rental car shuttle buses pick up at Curb 2C or Curb 2D. Rental car shuttle buses are operated by each individual company. Look for company's logo on the bus before boarding.



Taxi Service

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport

Uniformed taxicab dispatchers are available to help passengers with any questions and to assist passengers with disabilities in selecting a wheelchair accessible taxicab. If a wheelchair accessible taxicab is not available within the dispatch system, an accessible taxicab will be requested. Passengers with disabilities are encouraged to contact the taxicab dispatch office 24 hours in advance at 703-417-4333 to make pre-arrangements to ensure these services are available when needed. No advance reservations are required—service is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Estimated taxi fare to Washington Marriott Wardman Park: $30 (one way)


Washington Dulles International Airport

No reservations are necessary for taxi service. Simply follow the signs for Ground Transportation or Taxi to the lower level of the Terminal, DOWN the ramp to Door 2 or Door 6). A customer service representative is available 24-hours a day.

Passengers wishing to board a non-Washington Flyer cab must make advance arrangements directly with the operator of that company for pickup at Dulles. Non-Washington Flyer cab companies are prohibited from soliciting passengers for pick up on airport property.

Please call 703-572-TAXI (703-572-8294) to make a reservation. We accept reservations at any time, however reservations placed 24-hours in advance are preferred to ensure vehicle availability and pick up in a timely manner.
