Airport Information

Nashville's International Airport (BNA) is located just 8.3 miles from the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center www.flynashville.com

Nashville's airport is designed to keep you moving, with an easy flow to and from the terminal's gates. The award-winning airport features a range of dining and retail options, two massage bars, a nail salon, terminal-wide Wi-Fi access, an extensive Arts at the Airport program featuring visual art and live entertainment, a full-service business center with foreign currency exchange, and even meeting space for one last conference before you head home.

  • The 820,000-square-foot terminal is home to major carriers and their regional partners, operating more than 530 daily arrivals and departures. Air Canada, American Airlines, Delta, Frontier Airlines, Southwest Airlines, United, Vacation Express, Alaska Airlines, Contour Airlines, JetBlue, WestJet, British Airways, Allegiant, and Sun Country Airlines serve Nashville.
  • Flights are available to 75 nonstop markets, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, London, Los Angeles, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Salt Lake City, Toronto, and Washington D.C.
  • The Nashville International Airport was the first airport in the country to allow ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft to operate on the property.

Shuttle Service: Gaylord Opryland offers daily roundtrip shuttle service from the Nashville International Airport to the hotel. Look for the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. An agent can assist with your travel needs and ticket purchase, or use our kiosk by the welcome desk.

If an agent is not available, you can find the resort shuttle by following the signs to the Gaylord Opryland Resort pickup.

  • Daily Shuttle Schedule: 7am - 6pm (departs every 30 minutes)
  • Departure from Resort: Departs from Cascades Lobby Canopy, Magnolia Canopy and the Inn at Opryland.
  • Cost: $35 per person, roundtrip fare (Guests 65 and older receive a discounted rate of $32 for roundtrip fares. Ages 18 and under are complimentary with accompanying adult.)
    • Car Rentals: Many major car rental companies have facilities at the Nashville International Airport, please visit specific rental company websites for details. To reach the Rental Car Facility:

      • Exit the terminal on Level 1 and turn left.
      • Follow the sidewalk past the Valet Drop-Off area.
      • Cross Terminal Drive. A crossing guard will assist you in crossing safely.
      • Proceed to the Rental Car Facility.

      Taxis: Cabs are available from the taxi stand on the ground level of the airport. Nashville features a flat-fee service triangle between the airport, downtown and Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. From point to point, taxi fares are currently set at $25 per cab for up to four passengers; within the triangle, charges should not exceed the flat-rate fare, which should be posted in the rear window of the taxi.

      Rideshare: Lyft and Uber are both active in Nashville. Download the app and request a ride. A nearby driver will be dispatched to your location within minutes. The Nashville International Airport was the first airport in the country to allow ride-sharing services to operate on the property.
