Have a question about registration, obtaining a Visa/passport, or conference activities? We can help! Below we have answered some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about attending NAT 2022.

Both attendees and exhibitors will be able to register online here.

To receive the lowest registration rates, UCA must receive your registration form and full payment by May 5, 2022. After May 5, 2022, on-site registration fees apply.

To download a copy of your registration receipt, please visit www.smenet.org, login to your SME account using your email and password, visit My Profile and view My Meetings. Click on View Registration to obtain a copy of your receipt. You may also contact SME Meetings at meetings@smenet.org or SME Customer Service at 303.948.4200 or cs@smenet.org with receipt/invoice inquiries.
All badges and conference related materials will be distributed onsite at the NAT registration desk located at the Marriott Philadelphia Downtown.
The full conference registration fee includes a copy of the onsite program, participation in all technical sessions, access to the exhibit hall and exhibit hall social functions including opening reception, exhibit hall luncheons and the exhibit hall reception.
Short courses require an additional fee to attend.
The exhibit hall is open on Monday, June 20 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, June 21 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Wednesday, June 22 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Onsite registration will open on Sunday, June 19 at the Marriott Philadelphia Downtown.
One-day registration is not available for NAT.
To edit your contact information, please visit www.smenet.org, login to your SME account using your email and password, visit My Profile and view My Contact Information. Click on Edit button next to either your address or phone number to edit your contact information. You may also contact SME Meetings at meetings@smenet.org or SME Customer Service at 303.948.4200 or cs@smenet.org with questions about updating your contact information.
If circumstances require you to cancel your NAT 2022 registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to: UCA Conference Registration, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112 or via email at cs@smenet.org or meetings@smenet.org. Cancellations received by May 12, 2022 will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after May 12, 2022 unless the conference in postponed or cancelled. Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until May 12, 2022. After May 12, 2022 a $25 fee will be charged for substitutions. NO REFUNDS for Registration, Social Functions and Short Courses will be issued after the May 12, 2022 deadline unless the conference is postponed or cancelled.

UCA has negotiated discounted rates especially for our conference attendees and exhibiting partners. Staying within our designated hotel room block allows us to keep your registration costs low and continue to negotiate competitive room rates for all conference participants.
