Have a question about registration, obtaining a Visa/passport, or conference activities? We can help! Below we have answered some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about attending the 2018 NAT Conference.

Registration for NAT will open in Spring 2018. Both Attendees and Exhibitors will be able to register online. For additional questions, please contact SME Customer Service at 303.948.4200 or via email at cs@smenet.org or meetings@smenet.org. To receive the lowest registration rates, SME must receive your registration form and full payment by May 25, 2018. After May 25, 2018, on-site registration fees apply.

Visit Register to sign-up for the NAT mailing list to receive all conference updates and to be notified when conference registration opens.

To download a copy of your registration receipt, please visit www.smenet.org, login to your SME account using your email and password, visit My Profile and view My Meetings. Click on View Registration to obtain a copy of your receipt. You may also contact SME Meetings at meetings@smenet.org or SME Customer Service at 303.948.4200 or cs@smenet.org with receipt/invoice inquiries.
All badges and conference related materials will be distributed onsite at the NAT registration desk located at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
The full conference registration fee includes a copy of the onsite program, participation in all technical sessions, access to the exhibit hall and exhibit hall social functions including opening reception, exhibit hall luncheons and the exhibit hall reception.
Short courses and field trips require an additional fee to attend.
The exhibit hall is open on Monday, June 25, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm , Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please note hours are subject to change.
Onsite registration will open on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park.
One-day registration is unavailable for NAT 2018.
To edit your contact information, please visit www.smenet.org, login to your SME account using your email and password, visit My Profile and view My Contact Information. Click on Edit button next to either your address or phone number to edit your contact information. You may also contact SME Meetings at meetings@smenet.org or SME Customer Service at 303.948.4200 or cs@smenet.org with questions about updating your contact information.
If circumstances require you to cancel your SME conference registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to: SME Conference Registration, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112 or via email at cs@smenet.org or meetings@smenet.org. Cancellations received by Thursday, May 24, 2018, will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after Thursday, May 24, 2018. Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until Thursday, May 24, 2018. After Thursday, May 24, 2018, a $25 fee will be charged for substitutions. NO REFUNDS for Registration, Social Function, Tour and Field Trip tickets will be issued after the Thursday, May 24, 2018 deadline.
SME has negotiated discounted rates especially for our conference attendees and exhibiting partners. Staying within our designated hotel room block allows us to keep your registration costs low and continue to negotiate competitive room rates for all conference participants. The housing block for NAT 2018 will be available in Spring 2018.
Housing will open Spring 2018. Hotel accommodations are available at the official conference hotel, Washington Marriott Wardman Park. Housing reservations can be made online by visiting Hotels.
