Have a question about registration, obtaining a Visa/passport, or conference activities? We can help! Below we have answered some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about attending NAT 2020.

Registration for NAT will open Spring 2020. Both Attendees and Exhibitors will be able to register online. For additional questions, please contact UCA of SME Customer Service at 303.948.4200 or via email at or To receive the lowest registration rates, UCA of SME must receive your registration form and full payment by April 27, 2020. After April 27, 2020, on-site registration fees apply.

To download a copy of your registration receipt, please visit, login to your SME account using your email and password, visit My Profile and view My Meetings. Click on View Registration to obtain a copy of your receipt. You may also contact SME Meetings at or SME Customer Service at 303.948.4200 or with receipt/invoice inquiries.
All badges and conference related materials will be distributed onsite at the NAT registration desk located at the Gaylord Opryland Resort.
The full conference registration fee includes a copy of the onsite program, participation in all technical sessions, access to the exhibit hall and exhibit hall social functions including opening reception, exhibit hall luncheons and the exhibit hall reception.
Short courses require an additional fee to attend.
The exhibit hall is open on Monday, June 8 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, June 9 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Wednesday, June 10 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Onsite registration will open on Sunday, June 7 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort.
One-day registration is not available for NAT.

If circumstances require you to cancel your NAT 2020 registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to: UCA of SME Conference Registration, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112 or via email at or Cancellations received by Tuesday, May 26, 2020 will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after Tuesday, May 26, 2020 unless the conference in postponed or cancelled. Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until Tuesday, May 26, 2020. After Tuesday, May 26, 2020 a $25 fee will be charged for substitutions. NO REFUNDS for Registration, Social Functions and Short Courses will be issued after the Tuesday, May 26, 2020 deadline unless the conference is postponed or cancelled.

Staying within our designated hotel room block allows us to keep your registration costs low and continue to negotiate competitive room rates for all conference participants.
