If you plan to attend the NAT conference from outside the United States, a U.S. Visa may be required. For the best conference travel experience, begin your preparations early.

Please fill out the following form in its entirety. We will review your request and follow up with you as soon as possible.Questions regarding Letters of Invitation, including the status of your letter, should be directed to  cs@smenet.org.

If you are a student, please list your place of education, their full address and phone number, as well as your area of study in place of employment information.

NOTE: UCA’s travel policy only allows for travel up to three days before, and three days after each conference.
