You will hear how sponsorship goes beyond mentorship – it provides opportunities and exposure for individuals to advance their career. We want to hear how sponsorship is presenting itself in your companies – how are you providing opportunities for women to reach their goals or where have you seen great examples that you wish were happening elsewhere? Also, hear what WIT has been up to and give input on how we can better support our members.
